What a fun place to hike! You pick the trail(s) that have the difficulty level you’re looking for and just go – pay close attention to trail signs, though, or you could end up doing more miles than intended. If you have well-behaved dogs this is a great place to take them – there are many different meadows for them to run in and several ponds to swim in.

Some trails are not marked/marked well and hard to follow, others are impossible to hike due to lack of maintenance. For the most part, this is a fun hiking spot!

We took the snowshoe trail from Lilly Park through the Hollow and ended up looping into the Deep Snow trail back down to where we started. It was awesome up there! Well marked trails with “you are here maps.” Highly recommend!

Nice, quiet trail! Some areas definitely need maintenance, with fallen trees blocking the trail in multiple areas.
